We were by the viator representative that our hotel pickup would be 11:30am so we went ahead and scheduled our Covid test (leaving Mexico back to US -required text) fir that same day at 10:30am. We subsequently got a message from viator saying that our hotel pickup was at 10:30am. We called and complained stating we planned our Covid test based on the info we were provided - no one cared!!!! Terrible customer service!

Our tour was wonderful. My husband is not a strong swimmer at all but Monica made sure he had a vest on and kept him with the lifesaver/donut and he snorkeled with confidence. He was very negative about doing the tour because of him lack of swimming skills but the treatment, knowledge and concern Monica had to keep him safe was outstanding. She made sure my husband did not drown😊

Turtles, fish, statues & shipwreck

We were put in a small group of 6 , Ricardo was our guide, Manuel our photographer and barracuda our driver. With less people they make 3 stops but honestly we worked so hard in the water to keep up with the Turtles 3 was enough. We saw beautiful fish and some cool underwater statues at the first stop; we saw three magnificent Turtles at the second with the help of our driver spotting us from above and a short stop to the ship wreck. All 3 stops were close and our commute in and out was less than 10 minutes. They definitely try to find as much for you as possible to see. We are happy to have chosen this tour. The pick up and drop off seem to be a little confusing and not the most organized but they provided round trip transportation as promised!
