Bergen 3-in one Guided Tour - Fjord Cruise, City Sightseeing and Mount Fløyen

We were very pleased with the three in one tour. Arild, was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and flexible, adjusting the tour as we went along, adapting to our interests and concerns. Arild made this an exceptional tour. We learned so much about the city and its history and how local residents live. The weather did not cooperate and our city walking tour was shortened (at our request) as the rain was quite heavy. It was an expensive tour, but with only one day, an excellent way to see so much of Bergen from so many different perspectives.

My friends and I got to Bergen early so we spent some time trying to find where to meet the next day for our tour and that took a long time because the directions were not clear. Having said that, the tour guide, Arne, was very helpful and answered all our texts to find where to meet. The next day we met Arne and he was great - took us on a walking tour of the city that included the tram to the top where the view was incredible! He showed us places to eat and a lot of great detail, and took us to the place to get on the boat for the rest of the tour. The boat tour on it's own was only 80 Euro but we paid $365 for the walking and boat tour and while the guided tour was nice, it was not worth $365. The boat tour is an absolute must for all! It was breathtaking and took a little of the sting away of the extremely high cost. Arne was great and the boat tour was great, but I would suggest touring the area on your own and pay for the boat tour separately which will also give you time to go into the cute shops we saw along the way but couldn't visit. If this tour was half the cost, I would highly recommend it but it was not a $365 tour!
