I visited Atlanta with my parents and husband and this was a highlight of our trip. We had a great tour guide, Arial (sorry, don’t know how to spell your name!). She was a lot of fun and had great insights and stories about Atlanta’s history. We enjoyed the food on the tour, but it wasn’t amazing. That being said, I would still highly recommend this tour!

This tour is a must do in Atlanta. We got to sample delicious food, walk through Oakland Cemetery, and hear how the city of Atlanta came to be. Kennedy was an excellent tour guide with a fun, bubbly and theatric personality. She made sure to include everyone in the tour, even the kids. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was delightful, no issues there. Interesting history of the area provided. I’ve been on many food tours and this was by far the stingiest in terms of restaurants and portions. We only went into 2 restaurants. The last stop was a bakery where the tour guide ran in and got up cookies to go. For $80 I expected more than the food we got, which was as followed: small piece of pizza, small cup of grits, modest platter of fried catfish pieces and okra, and a little cracker with pork on it. Dessert was a cookie and part of a turnover. Hardly what I would consider the best food Atlanta has to offer. Underwhelmed.
Excellent history tour with great food.

My husband and I along with our adult children took this tour with Kristin as our guide. The food “samples” were huge and delicious. Kristin did a great job of experience explaining the food as well. The tour was very interesting and informative. She was very kind and accommodating to me when I couldn’t finish the walk. We had a great time.
