Umbria produces the highest number of black truffles in Italy, whose quality is famous throughout the world. Truffles are an integral part of Umbrian cuisine and culture. And for those who still have some questions at the end of the hunt? Do not worry, the experience will end with a delicious truffle tasting, that will dissolve any doubt! Truffle-menu lunch at a local restaurant. - After lunch we’ll visit Spoleto, the ancient capital of the Lombard dukes. Spoleto is often considered one of Umbria’s most graceful hill towns.

- We begin our day visiting Assisi, the old town and the Franciscan places: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cattedrale di San Rufino, Chiesa di San Damiano. - River rafting is certainly one of the most fun and exciting activities to live in Umbria. Aboard an unsinkable raft, we launch ourselves into an adventurous descent on the streams, pushed by water currents, through places of great naturalistic interest otherwise inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. - The Cascata delle Marmore is the highest in Europe. It pours into the valley formed by the river Nera, an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and naturalistic heritage. The botanical guides of the park will take you along the ring of the nymph and the meeting of the waters paths, telling you the legend about the origin of the Marmore Falls and providing notions about the most characteristic and curious flora that will fascinate even children.

- We begin our day visiting Todi, which is according to an American reserch "The most livable city in the world" or "The ideal city", to admire its treasures: Cisterne Romane, Church of San Fortunato which preserves in the crypt the tomb of Jacopone Da Todi, ceramists’ workshops, and more. - Umbria boasts an excellent agricultural production that have made it one of the most appreciated olive oil and wine producer in Italy. We’ll firstly take a visit to the olive oil museum, where this precious product is illustrated through museum objects retracing its history and analyzing its countless virtues. At the end of the museum tour, we’ll enjoy a rich wine tasting and brunch in a prestigious winery, in which Umbria wines and olive oils will be the undisputed protagonists. - We dedicate the rest of the day to Perugia. The capital of the region of Umbria, is worth visiting not only for the beauty of its hilltop setting, but also for its fine old buildings.

We'll travel deep into the vines through spectacular Assisi Valley in a carriage pulled by two magnificent horses. Experience a wine tour and tastings at a bio winery. Enjoy the relaxed pace while learning of the biological philosophy of the vineyards. At the end, a delicious lunch of biological wines and cold cuts. Then, we’ll visit Montefalco, known as the Balcony of Umbria (Ringhiera dell’Umbria) from which you can enjoy a breathtaking 360 ° view of the entire Valle Umbra. Among the numerous attractions: Town walls, Torre del Verziere, Church of Sant’Agostino, Piazza del Comune, Museum complex San Francesco, Church of Santa Chiara, lookout point. Nothing makes us so famous in the world such as pasta! Here you can breathe history from every stone and many are the traces of its glorious past: the Roman Theater of the first century AD, the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo which overlooks the city and houses the remains of the saint, patron of Gubbio, the Church of Santa Maria Nuova which houses the fresco "The Madonna of the Belvedere" by Ottaviano Nelli. At the end of the tour, we enjoy a traditional Umbrian lunch at a local restaurant. - We dedicate the rest of the day to Perugia. The capital of the region of Umbria, is worth visiting not only for the beauty of its hilltop setting, but also for its fine old buildings. - During our time in Perugia, we’ll take a visit to Perugina Chocolate House, located inside renowned Perugina chocolate factory. A magic place to taste fine chocolate and enjoy a rich collection of pictures, labels, posters, gift boxes and special old machines to produce the chocolate and its most famous product the “bacio”.

Our guide will take us on a walk through the colorful stalls in search of the freshest ingredients for the preparation of today's dish: lasagna!!! It will be up to you to evaluate the quality of the products, bargain the price and make sure you buy everything on the list, but do not worry, we will help you! We then bring our shopping into the kitchen and we begin cooking ... we are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!
