My passion for dance began at 5 years old, when I fell in love with ballet. Since then, it has remained an essential part of my life -- for nearly 3 decades! Though I no longer perform regularly, I remain dedicated to my own practice of ballet, and am enthusiastic about passing on my knowledge for new students in the hopes it will spark a passion for creativity through movement, while cultivating a sense of personal dedication and self-discipline in my students.

In this guided movement meditation we flow from one asana, or posture, to another using conscious breath and the body’s wisdom as our guide. This is a private Surf lesson where you will learn to surf with local surfers from Tamarindo. On this lesson you will get the tools needed so you can padle out by yourself and surf.
