The Basics

Most Buenos Aires city tours make a stop in Palermo, as well as neighborhoods such as La Boca, San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. Bike tours are a popular way to explore, and the most scenic route takes you through the Palermo Woods, passing the Botanical Gardens, the Japanese Garden, the planetarium, and theFloralis Genérica sculpture

Awesome tour
This was the best thing we did in the city. Our tour guide, Anna Julia, was the best!! She was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot . Riding thru the traffic was a little scary for my daughter, but I felt completely safe with Anna Julia's guidance. I DEFINITELY recommend this tour!

Small-Group Food Tour in Palermo with Dinner
This tour may seem a little pricey when you purchase it but the restaurants are beautiful and the food you eat and wine you drink is beyond incredible. Would highly recommend doing this on one night that you have in BA. I was only there for two nights and didn’t have any regrets doing this for one of them!

Half-Day Recoleta and Palermo Bike Tour in Buenos Aires
Day 2 for me. I rode the southern end of the city the day before this and had the wonderful Kari as our guide. She is so passionate about her job as a tour guide that it shows when she’s speaking about the wonderful places in Buenos Aires. Again the group was small, my bicycle worked and the weather was awesome. I will be back again and will book again!

Buenos Aires Bike Tour: North Districts, Recoleta and Palermo
I was fortunate enough that it was just me, so was really able to go at my own pace. The guide was very informative and had a ton of knowledge on the history of Buenos Aires. Most of the tour stuck to a bike path, there were a few parts that would've been trickier for larger groups. I can definitely recommend this.

Buenos Aires Bike Tour: North Districts, Recoleta and Palermo
There’s the sightseeing, which was wonderful, and then there was the challenge of riding a bicycle on narrow lanes with zooming traffic and bouncing on cobblestone roads in the old part of town. The memory will stick with you. Palermo and Recoleta have wide open spaces for easy riding, beautiful!

Buenos Aires Bike Tour: North Districts, Recoleta and Palermo
We thoroughly enjoyed our bike tour. Only one easy hill in the whole trip. We cycled with another couple and had a lady tour leader with a lad following us. It was a red hot day, but we went at a gentle pace with lots of stops at various points of interest. This is a great way to see many of the interesting sights of Buenos Aires. Most is on bike lanes, so don't worry about the traffic.

Small-Group Food Tour in Palermo with Dinner
Fun evening in Palermo walking around the area with fabulous food and wine stops. Guillermo and Taylor were great. We so enjoyed them and all the info they imparted to us. We were sorry that we couldn’t book a tour with them earlier in our visit as they gave us so much info about Palermo.
